Ingredients

    3 cubanel peppers
    4 tbs cream cheese
    1 lb of garlic sausage
    1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions

preheat oven to 400. split peppers in half length wise and remove seeds and ribs. spread each evenly with cream cheese, place sausage on top and bake for 40 mins. top with cheese and bake for 5-10 mins more until cheese is melted. makes 6 peppers.
