Summer Mediterranean Style Salad

Introduction

Refreshing and easy summer salad. Refreshing and easy summer salad.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 Bell Pepper (red, yellow or orange) diced
    1 Medium Red Onion diced
    1 Can of Black Olives rough chopped
    2-3 cups of Tomatoes chopped
    Fresh Parsley to Taste
    2 cups of uncooked Orzo Pasta
    1/4 cup Red Wine Vinigar
    3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
    Fresh ground Black Pepper to taste.
    1 cup crumbled Feta Cheese

Directions

Cook the Orzo pasta per the package instructions. While cooking the pasta I prep all of the other ingredients and throw them into a really big container.

Toss together and enjoy warm or cold.
