4 oz. reduced fat cream cheese, softened
8 oz. imitation crab, chopped and flaked
2 T. mayonaise
2 t. horseradish
1/3 cup green onions, finely chopped
3/4 cup sweet red bell pepper, finely chopped
6 whole wheat low carb tortillas
Fold in crab, green onions, and red bell peppers until mixed.
Divide mixture and spread on 6 whole wheat tortillas. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes, covered.
Cut each one into 6 pinwheels.
Makes 36 appetizers or 6 main dish servings.
