Ingredients

    16 oz haddock
    3 tblsp Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread with flax oil
    1 slice multi-grain bread
    1 cup fat free milk

Directions

Place fresh haddock in glass baking dish. Melt magarine. Tear bread into bite sized pieces and place in melted magarine until magarine is absorbed. Pour milk over fish. Place magarine soaked bread pieces on top of fish. Bake in 350 degree oven until fish flakes and is white. About 30-40 minutes.
