I'm eating low carb so instead of using rice, I used "cauliflower rice" (chopped up cauliflower) instead. It was still very good and I got my veggies!!! - 8/3/11

  • I made this as directed on the stovetop. The flavor in the sauce was nice, but the pork came out rather dry. Perhaps I should have finished it in the oven instead? - 8/15/11

  • This was great! I think I may have added too much water to the mixture, but I just took some of the sauce out and mixed with flour to give more of a gravy. Thanks for the yummy dinner! - 7/21/11

  • Mindy, I gotta tell you, this simple little recipe is one of the BEST I've tried for many moons. I've been cooking for 40 years and can't resist tinkering, but this is perfect just as it is ... except I used two pork loins and did it in the oven. The pork was just like velvet - Thank you! - 10/19/10
