Light Tuna Melts (2 halves or 1 whole thin)

Ingredients

3.5 Arnolds Sandwich Thins - split in half
2 - cans of tuna
3 tbl light mayonnaise
1 tsp djion mustard
1 tsp olive oil
chopped chives or green onions to tast - 1/4 cup
chopped celery 1/4 cup
Pepper jelly (optional)
Directions
Place each sandwich thin on a cooking sheet. Spray lightly with olive oil and divide the tuna mixture equally between the 7 halves.
Spray again with olive oil and top with about 1/8 cup of the cheese and broil for about 4-6 minutes. Watch carefully so as not to burn.
We serve these with a 1 tbl of pepper jelly on top. Yumo.
