Best Brownies

Introduction

This is a brownie recipe that was given to our family years ago by a friend. This is a brownie recipe that was given to our family years ago by a friend.
Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    3 Eggs
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    3/4 cup cocoa powder
    1 1/4 cups flour
    1 cup of chocolate chips (Ghiradelli are best)


    1 cup chopped nuts (Optional: not included in calories due to peanut allergy)

Directions

Beat the eggs. Add the sugar and beat until fluffy. Beat in melted butter. Add salt, vanilla, cocoa and flour and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips (and nuts if using). Pour into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan and bake at 350 degree's in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool before cutting.
