Summer Pasta Salad

Introduction

Easy and light for those hot summer days! Easy and light for those hot summer days!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    One Box Great Value Rotini
    One Medium Tomato Cut up
    Half of a large cucumber sliced
    Half cup italian dressing
    One Pepper (any color) cut up
    Italian Seasoning to taste
    Summer Squash Sliced
    Olives - Green or black
    Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Prepare the noodles. While the noodles are cooking cut up tomatoes, cucumber, pepper and squash. Sautee the squash in 2 tbs olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate the squash. After noodles are done, rinse in cold water. Mix noodles, italian dressing, and italian seasoning in large bowl. Mix in all other ingredients and toss. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
