Quick and easy way to get some protein. 150 calories and 5 g. protein. Serve with pita or naan, and tabbouli salad, for a complete middle eastern-style meal. Try it as a dip for fresh veggies! Ingredients

    4 Tbsp Tahini
    2.75 c. chickpeas
    juice of one lemon
    2 cloves garlic
    3 oz. roasted red peppers
    salt & pepper if desired, to taste

Directions

Throw all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Makes about 8 servings,1/3 cup each.
