4 Cups crushed strawberries 1.5 Cups Splenda 1 Package Ball Freezer Jam Fruit Pectin
Mix Splenda and fruit pectin together very well; set aside. Add 4 cups (about 4 pounds) strawberries and mix well for 3 minutes. Use ladel to spoon in to containers and let set for 30 minutes. Will make about 64 tablespoon servings.
