Strawberry Peach Banana Protein Smoothie

Submitted by: TIFFANY107

Introduction

This delicious & sweet chocolate smoothie includes your daily requirement for fruits. By using whey (or soy) protein you have 26 grams of protein. I have these for breakfast every morning. I drank these 3x a day for 3 weeks after having my wisdom teeth taken out and lost 10 lbs. I still drink 2x a day because they are so good and filling, and very quick and easy to prepare.

You can replace any of the fruits. I add in variety by substituting blueberries, rasberries, and blackberries for my fruit. By being creative with this recipe, you can have a different & yummy smoothie every day :-)

This is really good. I made mine with blueberries and strawberries. WW chocolate ice cream and skim milk and my husbands Jay Robb whey chocolate protien drink so my Weight Watcher points were lower than the original recipe.
My way 5 weight watcher points

  • I made this for my brother, who just got his wisdom teeth out. He said (or signaled, rather) that it was a five-star recipe! Thanks for sharing it.
I used skim milk (because it's what we had in the fridge), and I only put in about a spoonful of vanilla ice cream. - 8/14/09
