Slow cooker (crock pot) Burrito Meat

Introduction

Ingredients

    3 12 oz cans of Kirkland Brisket Roast Beef
    1 4.5 oz can green chili peppers
    1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 29 oz can potaotes
    1 6.5 oz can mushroom stems and pieces
    1 small onion chopped
    1 T. chili powder
    1T ground cumin
    4 T dried cilantro (may substitute fresh)

Directions

Place all ingredients in the crock pot using broth included in the roast beef cans, juice in tomato and chili pepper cans, but drain potatoes and mushrooms. Cook 4 hrs on low, stirring occasionally until meat breaks down into small strings. Makes about 10 1/2 c. servings
