Peanut Sauce Shrimp and Pasta

Ingredients

    4 c whole wheat pasta
    2T sesame oil
    2 T sesame seeds
    32 oz shrimp peeled and deveined
    12 oz fresh asparagus spears, trimmed, cut in inch pieces
    (3 cups)
    1 diced zuchinni, medium
    1 diced squash, medium
    3 jalapeno peppers
    3/4 c bottled peanut sauce




Directions

Cook your noodles according to package instructions. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skilled ovver medium-high heat. Add shrimp, asparagus, zuchnni, squash and peppers. Cook and stir for 3-5 minutes until heated through and shrimp are apaque. Add peanut sauce and heat through. Combine with noodles. Serves 8.
