Stuffed Chicken

Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 Chicken Breast
    2 Tbsp Feta Cheese
    1 Tbsp Pine Nuts
    2 Tbsp Chopped Black Olives
    2 Tbsp Sundried Tomatoes Chopped
    1 tsp Minced Garlic
    1Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    Salt & Pepper

Directions

-Preheat the oven at 450.
-Mix: Feta, pine nuts, olives, sundried tomatoes, garlic, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
-Cut a slit in the big part of the chicken breast (not to go all the way through).
-Coat the chicken with olive oil and salt and pepper and place in an oven safe pan.
-Stuff the chicken with mixture, if there is any left put it on top of chicken.
-Place in oven and bake 15 minutes.
