easy, simple and filling. great for breakfast or dinner! easy, simple and filling. great for breakfast or dinner!

Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1 tomato, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp olive oil

Directions

heat the olive oil in a pan. add the tomato and cook untill softened. add the egg, and season with salt and pepper. mix it together untill the egg is done. it will look like scrambled egg with tomato.
i serve it with cream cheese and bread..
serves 2
