1 kg Lean Beef mince
3 tsp Thai Red Curry Paste
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 tsp of Grated Ginger
2 Bunches of Coriander
1 Med Onion
3 Chilies, Red
1 tsp Sambal Olek, Chilie paste
Good Splash of Fish Sauce
Option 1, add mince to blender and mix throughly
Option 2, Place mince in large bowl and add paste from blender. Mix with a large spoon.
Place egg ring onto chopping board
Spoon mixture into egg ring and level the top off
Lift off the egg ring leaving behind a round rissole
Cook in frying pan or BBQ.
