Introduction

A hot and spicy rissole A hot and spicy rissole
Number of Servings: 17

Ingredients

    1 kg Lean Beef mince
    3 tsp Thai Red Curry Paste
    2 Cloves of Garlic
    1 tsp of Grated Ginger
    2 Bunches of Coriander
    1 Med Onion
    3 Chilies, Red
    1 tsp Sambal Olek, Chilie paste
    1 Egg
    Good Splash of Fish Sauce

Directions

Place all ingredients (except mince) into a blender and blend to a paste.
Option 1, add mince to blender and mix throughly
Option 2, Place mince in large bowl and add paste from blender. Mix with a large spoon.

Place egg ring onto chopping board
Spoon mixture into egg ring and level the top off
Lift off the egg ring leaving behind a round rissole

Cook in frying pan or BBQ.
Makes approximately 17
