Ann Marie's Granola

Introduction

Really good... sometimes I add a bit of fresh ground nutmeg.. enjoy! Really good... sometimes I add a bit of fresh ground nutmeg.. enjoy!
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    2 cup oats (rolled)
    1 cup sliced almonds
    1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
    1/2 cup of coconut shredded
    1/4 cup of flax (grind first) or sesame seeds or chia seeds
    1/4 cup of wheat germ
    1/2 cup of raisins
    1/2 cup of dried cranberries
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup
    3 tbsp of oil (not olive)

Directions

Mix all ingredients (excluding fruit) and spread into a baking pan. I usually mix dry first than add the oil, than add the honey (adding honey last helps it to not stick)
Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and stir in fruit.
Cool.
Makes 18 - 1/2 cup servings.
