Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped
Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1/2 cup, hulled
Pumpkin Seeds, 1/2 cup
Pecans, 1 cup, chopped
Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, 1 cup, halves and whole
Cranberries, dried, sweetened 1 cup
*Blueberries, dried, 16 tbsp
Almonds, 1 cup, whole
Fiber One Cereal, 7 cup
scoop 1/4 cup this mix into baggie or other portable container.
Add 1/4 cup Fiber One Cereal to the baggie/container.
Mix and enjoy!
**I mix and divide thw whole batch into baggies, and store the baggies in one large container in the pantry for a grab and go snack.
