IntroductionOne of my favorite dishes my mom used to make when I was little. One of my favorite dishes my mom used to make when I was little.
1 lb. ground venison
2 zucchini, about 7" in length, quarter sized diameter, washed and chopped with skin on
1 onion, chopped
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp curry powder (more or less depending on your personal heat level)
up to 1 cup H2O
salt and pepper to taste
4 medium whole wheat pitas, cut in half and warmed
** note: serving size is 1/2 pita filled w/1/8 of mixture.
