Ingredients

    8 Chicken tenders (360 g)
    Brown Minute Rice 1 cup (86 g)
    Milk 1 % (280 g)
    98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1 envelope of Lipton onion soup mix

Directions

Place ckicken in bottom of sprayed casserole dish. Mix rice, soups and milk together. Pour over chicken. Cover. Bake at 350 until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. about 45 - 60 minutes.
