Introduction

Spanish Brown rice with Olives Chickpeas and Sazon. Spanish Brown rice with Olives Chickpeas and Sazon.

Ingredients



    * *Brown Rice, long grain, 4 Cups Raw
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Vegetable Broth, 8 cup (remove)
    * *Goya Sazon con culantro y achiote (orange box), 2.5 serving (remove)
    * Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.75 cup (remove)
    * Green Olives, 200 grams (remove)

Directions

Chop vegetables then saute in the olive oil. Then stir fry rice, till starting to brown. Then add sazon packet, and vegetable broth. Cook till done, then add chickpeas. Enjoy. makes about 9 cups cooked.
