Stir Fry

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 bunch to make broccoli florets
    1 zucchini
    6 asparagus spears
    1 red bell pepper
    1/2 green bell pepper
    1 onion
    2 celery stalks
    3 cloves garlic
    1 green onion
    1/2 c sliced carrots
    1 c mushrooms
    2 chicken breasts
    1/2 c shrimp
    4 tbsp EVOO
    3 tbsp soy sauce (green bottle)
    2 tbsp Szechuan sauce
    1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
    1 tbsp honey

Directions

Cut chicken into small pieces. In a wok or skillet, heat 2 tbsp EVOO. Cook chicken & shrimp until cooked throughout. Add veggies & cook until desired crunchiness. Add rest of EVOO + soy sauce, Szechua sauce, vinegar, & honey. Cook for 5 minutes & serve.
Makes 6 1-cup servings.
