I went freezer diving yesterday and found a little more than a pound of lean venison. I ground it up and add about a pound of pork and lean ground chuck to make this tasty meatloaf. Ingredients

Venison, ground, 18 oz
Pork, fresh, ground, raw, 16 oz
Beef chuck, 16 oz
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.0 cup, chopped
Lawry's Season Salt, 1.5 tsp
Ground Mustard Powder, 1 tsp
Black Pepper (Ground), 1 tsp
Egg, Large Grade A, three whole eggs, beaten
Hearthstone Premium Quality Whole Wheat Bread, 2 slices, ground
Oat Bran, .5 cup
Directions
In a food processor, make bread crumbs with fresh whole wheat bread, adding to large mixing bowl once complete. Chop the onion and bell pepper. Grind the venison and add to bread and vegetables. Add oat bran, three beaten eggs, salt, pepper and mustard. Mix well with your hands until all the meats are blended.
Form in to a loaf using a casserole or loaf pan and bake at 400 degrees for about 90 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
