Introduction

Non fat yogurt sauce flavored with ground curry and other spices. This can be used as a marinade or over brown rice once the yogurt is at room temperature. If you want to add a little warmth to yogurt, put on rice and microwave for about 20 to 30 seconds depending on your microwave. Non fat yogurt sauce flavored with ground curry and other spices. Ingredients

    1 cup Publix non-fat yogurt
    2 tsp ground curry powder
    1 tsp ground coriander
    1/4 tsp ground paprika
    1/2 tsp cracked black pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and stir. You can use as a marinade for chicken or mix with cooked brown rice (yogurt has to be at room temp) to add more flavor to the rice.
