It is baking in my oven as we speak! Thanks for a great way to fix wings. I removed as much skin as possible before marinating. I'll let you know how it turns out.
**It turned out great! It was crisp and delicious! I lightly oiled the baking pan, left some of the skin; turned out crisp! - 1/17/11

Just a note: The oil from the chicken wings actually make the flour cook better and get more crispy. I'm not sure by removing the skin (better nutrition though) if it will cook very well. You can spray after flouring with cooking spray, maybe?

Is that 40 cal per wing I take it? - 5/18/10
Reply from NICKERAMA (5/19/10)
Yes, according to the spark food guide, 1 unit = 1 wing, 21 calories, but with the spices/flour etc., it comes to 40. Remember when wings are cut in half, two are actually one. Hope that helps!

amazing so fantastic without oil at all. i did change from soy to Tamari and from dry white wine to white wine for cooking, i shredded fresh ginger and added my condiments it makes a great recipe i can't wait i'm making it again tonight. if you like fried chicken this replaces it very well! - 12/28/09
