4 - 4oz chicken breast, boneless and slightly pounded thin
2 - slices of provolone cheese, cut in half
2 - thin slices of ham, cut in half
12 basil leaves
12 spears of asparagus, blanched
1 tbl olive oil
salt and pepper to taste for seasoning
Season with Salt and Pepper.
Start layering your roll up:
1/2 slice of provolone cheese
1/2 slice of ham
3 leaves of basil
3 trimmed aspargus...trim them if they are to long
Roll up the chicken breast (width wise) and secure with 1 or 2 toothpicks.
In a saute pan heat up the olive oil and cook the rollupst on each side for about 4-5 minutes.
