12 oz halibut filets
3 white rose potatoes sliced Â¼ inch thick
Â½ a zucchini cut in half lengthwise then sliced Â¼ inch thick
10 snap peas
1 lemon cut in half
Â¼ cup olive oil
5 chives sliced
2. Heat a sautÃ© pan on high heat then put in 1 tablespoon oil, cook five minutes on each side, season with salt and pepper then set a side.
3. Put in 1 tablespoon to the same pan on high heat then put in snap peas zucchini, season with salt and pepper
4. Put vegetables and potatoes on the plate then top with halibut then squeeze on lemon juice and drizzle on the rest of the oil.
