Breakfast Brownies

Introduction

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    3 cups All-Bran cereal
    2 1/2 cups water
    1 box low-fat brownie mix
    3 teaspoons baking soda

Directions

Mix 3 cups All-Bran cereal (must be original) with 2 1/2 cups water; let soak for 5 minutes.
Combine one box low-fat brownie mix and 3 teaspoons baking powder. Add to bran mixture and mix well.
Let set for 2 minutes.
Spray muffin tins with Pam or use cupcake papers. Fill each 2/3 full.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
Yield: 24 brownie muffins @ 1 WW pt. each.
