I serve this with cinnamon/splenda tortilla chips, which I make myself by just cutting up tortillas, spray lightly with cooking spray, and sprinkle with cinnamon/splenda mixture, then bake. It's also great on waffles! Ingredients

2 nectarines
1 mango
1 1/2 C chunked pineapple
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
In food processor, combine all ingredients until at desired texture. Makes approx 8 1/2 servings.

Sorry! I didn't realize I hadn't typed that in. Yes, it is 1 1/2 Cup. You can use 1 1/2 c fresh, or 1 whole can, which is approx 1 1/2 c. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
