Made Over Burritos

What You Need:
1/2 lb (225g) extra Lean Ground Beef or Sub Turkey or Chicken
1 Can (19 fl. oz/540ml) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
3/4 Cup Salsa
1/2 Cup Kraft 3 Cheese Mexicana Finely Shredded Cheese
6 Whole Wheat Tortillas (9inch), warmed
1/2 Cup reduced fat Sour Cream
1-1/2 Cups Shredded Romaine Lettuce
2 Tomatoes, chopped

Ingredients

    Extra Lean Ground Beef
    Kidney Beans
    Salsa
    Kraft 3 Cheese Mexicana Cheese
    Whole Wheat Tortillas
    Reduced fat Sour Cream
    Romaine LEttuce
    Tomatoes

Directions

Makes 6 Servings, 1 Burrito (270g) each

Brown meat in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Stir in beans and salsa, cook 3 mins, or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in cheese.

Spread meat mixture down the centres of the tortillas, top with remaining ingredients. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll it Burrito style.

Extras- Stir in desired amount of hot sauce into meat mixture before spreading onto tortillas
