Braised Crock Pot Country Style Ribs

    3 lbs Boneless Country Style Pork Strips
    1-2 large onion, sliced
    8 garlic cloves, smashed
    14.5 can Beef Broth
    1/4 cup Corn Starch


Braise meat on all sides. Take excess fat off meat. Slice onion and smash garlic and put in crock pot. Add Beef Broth. Cover crock pot and cook on low for 7-10 hours. An hour before serving, mix 1/4 corn starch and 1/4 cup broth from crock pot to form a paste. Add to meat and mix well. Turn to high and cook for 30 minutes to thicken sauce. Serve over rice.
