Tuna, Low Sodium, Wh Bean, Veggie Salad

Submitted by: 60SIXTY

Introduction

Made from dried white beans, with no sodium added.
Based on a recipe that I used to add pasta instead of beans.
I noted that the size of cans of Tuna has changed since I joined Spark. Deflation of the can?

Ingredients

Tuna, Canned in water, 6 oz., drained
Canelli or Navy white beans, 1 cup after cooked from dry
    Celery, 1 stalk diced.
    Carrot, 1 grated
English Cucumber, 1 cup seeded & sliced
    Olive Oil, 1 TBS
    Mrs. Dash seasoning, 1 tsp

Directions

Cook dry white beans per package instruction. I use quick method.

Add veggies, oil and seasoning to bottom of serving bowl and mix well before adding Tuna and the beans. Add Beans and Stir. Add drained Tuna and stir.

Can serve immediately, but tastes best if it is refrigerated an hour.
