Greek Salad with Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients

    1# shrimp
    2 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. lemon peel
    3 cup whole baby spinach
    3 cups Romaine
    2 med tomatoes
    1 med cucumber
    1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
    1/4 cup red onion chopped
    1/4 cup thinly sliced radishes
    1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
    3 tbsp. olive oil
    1 tbsp. red wine vinegar or white balsamic
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
    1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
    dash kosher salt
    freshly ground pepper

Directions

Cook shrimp with minced garlic, & lemon peel-Place greens and other ingredients on plate, top with shrimp-dress with oil & vinegar and herbs
