    whole wheat wrap
    30g alfalfa sprouts
    30g tempeh
    30g zucchini
    1/2 red pepper
    1 medium mushroom
    1 tspn sesame oil
    1 tspn soy sauce
    20g onion

Directions

cook tempeh & veggies in sesame oil

and then wrap....
