1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup soy flour
1 TBS baking powder
1 cup fat free cheese, shredded
1 medium potato
1/2 cup skim milk
Sift flours and baking power together. Gradually add potato and cheese mixture and blend. Gradually add milk. Mix until completely blended but do no over handle dough. Shape dough into 10 balls and place on a floured baking sheet.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
