Donna's Vegetarian chopped liver

Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    3 onions sliced
    2 chicken boullion cubes
    handful of chopped walnuts
    11 Ritz crackers
    1 can LeSeur Peas (can) must use LeSeur Brand
    4 hard boiled eggs.

Directions

saute onions until soft and brown. When they are soft add the boullion

Mix in a food processor the walnuts and ritz crackers until well blended then add the eggs and blend and then the peas which have been drained and blend together and then add the onions and blend til smooth. Refrigerate Serve on crackers as an appetizer
