Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 2721 grams
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 2 cup cooked
    **Flax Seed, 4 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Garlic, 2 tsp

Directions

mix together the beef and cooked rice and rest of ingreadients
make into burger patties for the freezer. the cooked rice make them juicy raises motabolism. along with the flax seeds.
