Ingredients

    16 oz light sour cream
    16-20 super lean ground beef
    1 tbsp black pepper
    16 oz wheat rotini or egg noodles
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 tbsp light parkay spread
    salt to taste

Directions

start noodles to boil
cook beef with onions until done
add parkay and sour cream to beef
stir and heat until nice and smooth and hot
add pepper and salt to taste
mix sauce with pasta and serve with bread and salad
