McFly's Granola Bars

Introduction

This is my first attempt and has many substitutions, there was much I didn't have in the house. This is my first attempt and has many substitutions, there was much I didn't have in the house.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    4.5 cups Old Fashioned Oats
    1 cup Wheat Flour
    1 tsp Vanilla
    10 heaping Tbsp Applesauce
    2 Tbsp Honey
    2 Tbsp Water, approximately
    1/2 - 3/4 cup Dried Fruit/Nut Mix
    1 Tbsp Molasses
    3 Scoops Whey Protein Powder (we use Body Fortress)

    *** The nutritional information for this recipe reflects 3 scoops of Whey Protein powder that I used.

Directions

~ Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

~ Grease 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

~ Press the mixture into pan and bake in 325 oven for 18 - 22 minutes.

~ Cut into 18 bars when slightly cooled.
