Chicken Salad on Whole Wheat Pita

Introduction

Sweet and crunchy, perfect lunch! Can add your favorite veggies to modify. Sweet and crunchy, perfect lunch! Can add your favorite veggies to modify.

Ingredients

    One 1/2 whole wheat pita
    3 oz. cooked chicken breast
    1/2 cup red grapes, sliced
    1 Tbsp Kraft Lite Mayo
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 Tbsp chopped pecans
    1 medium scallion, diced
    Spinach or leaf lettuce (optional)

Directions

Cook chicken breast, cut into cubes. SIice grapes & scallion. Mix all ingredients and gently stuff into pita half. Can add spinach or leaf lettuce, or even diced tomatos/avacados for extra flavor.
