Honey-Mustard Dressing

Introduction

This dressing is made without oil. Got it from my Weight Watcher Cookbook.
You can also spread it on grilled chicken sandwich or mix some into fresh potato salad to replace some of the mayonnaise.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 C Plain fat free yogurt
    4 tsp Dijon mustard
    4 tsp Honey
    1 T snipped fresh dill
    2 tsp white wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp ground white pepper

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients. refrigerate, covered, 2-3 hours. Whisk again before serving.
