Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
*Grapefruit, 1 fruit (3-3/4" dia) (remove)
Oranges, 1 small (2-3/8" dia) (remove)
Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)
Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli dipping sauce (30ml), 3 serving (remove)
Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
*Rice Wine Vinegar, 4 tbsp (remove)
Honey, 2 tbsp (remove)
Orange Juice, .25 cup (remove)
Mix all remaining ingredients except peanuts.
Serve with chopped peanuts on a bed of lettuce.
Salad greens not included in calculations.
