Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients

Whole cut up chicken - bones and skin removed (except on legs)
2 large eggs
0.5 cup of nonfat milk
3 cups Kellogs Corn Flakes (crushed)
1-2 cups flour
1 tbsp poultry seasoning
2 tsp salt
1-2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
In a shallow dish lightly beat the eggs and milk.
In another bowl mix together flour, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
Place the crushed corn flakes in a third bowl
Dip the chicken into the flour mixture, then dip into the egg and milk, finally coat with the crushed corn flakes.
Place on a non stick cookie sheet or spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray and bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes or until cooked through. Chicken should come out moist and juicy with a nice crisp coating.
I usually serve this with a veggie and a nice salad.
