    New potatoes 250g
    Red pepper 50g
    Asparagus 50g
    Onion 40g
    Mushroom 100g
    Tofu 100g

Directions


1) Boil potatoes til cooked

2) Cook all other ingredients in a non stick pan

3) Mix and add Jamaican Jerk seasoning
