This is the 2nd time I've made these. The first time was with the box mix and they were really pumpkinny. The 2nd time was so much better! I used Giradelli's ultimate brownie mix, 2T water, 1/2t real vanilla at 325 for 35 min. I couldn't taste the pumpkin this time!!! Sinfully delicious & real moist - 4/25/09

I can't wait to try this recipe! I never thought about trying a chocolate cake mix. I like to mix a 15 oz. can of pumpkin into a carrot cake mix (NO water added). These two ingredients makes wonderful Pumpkin Cookies! A few chocolate chips thrown in and I'm instantly my grandson's favorite grammy!!! - 4/7/09

Fantastic! I have made them twice now. 1st time, I used Reduced Sugar Devils food Cake & cooked at 325 for 20 minutes, they were a little gooey (fudgy) but A+! 2nd time, I used regular Devils Food Mix & baked at 325 for 30 minutes. This time a little more dry & cake like. Try cooking for 25 min. - 4/18/09
