1 1/2 lb. Pork Tenderloin
1/3 cup Orange Juice
2 TB. Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp.Cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp. Cloves, ground
1/2 tsp grated Ginger Root
1 TB *Soy Sauce
Garlic, 1 clove, minced
2 TBS. Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
1/4 tsp Salt
2 TBS Cornstarch
Pour remaining mixture over pork.
Roast in preheated oven (350 degrees) 30 - 45 minutes in the preheated oven to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Occasionally pour drippings over top of roast to keep moist.
