Cheesy Chicken and Salsa

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2 cups egg noodles
    1 lb boneless skenless chicken breasts. cut into bite size pieces
    1-1/4 cups ( one jar) Salsa
    12 black olives cut into pieaces
    1 cup ( thawed) frozen corn
    1 cup taco cheese sherdded

Directions

cook patsa as directed on package

Mean while heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium high heat. Add chicken cook and stir 2 min. Stir in salsa, corn and black olives. Bring to boil Reduce heat to medium low heat and simmer for 10 min or until chicken is done.

Drain Pasta and Add to chicken mixture mix lightly. Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat. cover and let stand 1 min or until cheese is melted

Makes 5 servings
2 cups each serving
