Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups water
    2 tbs butter
    1 tsp salt
    2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cups rolled oats
    1 tbs brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

Directions

Add ingredients to bread machine pan in order recommended by your manufacturer.

Use regular light setting.

Optional - To bake in the oven use your machine dough setting. Form your loaf and let it rise for 30 minutes. Place in a preheated oven at 400 for 40 minutes

Make approximately 12 slices.
