Ramen Noodle Mix Up

Introduction

Living alone, I tend to make up different things just to be able to have some variety in my diet, but yet still be able to not have large portions of food cooked that end up spoiling. I tried this on a whim one night and it was delicious. Living alone, I tend to make up different things just to be able to have some variety in my diet, but yet still be able to not have large portions of food cooked that end up spoiling. I tried this on a whim one night and it was delicious.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 pkg Ramen Noodles (any flavor)
    3 tsp Margarine
    2-4 oz. Ground Turkey
    1 Large Egg

Directions

1. Break up and thoroughly cook the ground turkey.

2. Scramble the egg in a splash of olive oil.

3. Prepare ramen noodles according to package directions, EXCEPT drain the water from the noodles.

4. Combine margarine, noodles, turkey, egg, and flavoring packet in a bowl and enjoy.

You do not have to use the entire flavoring packet if you don't wish to or you can leave it out altogether if you want to use your own flavorings. Also, you can add your own spices/flavorings. Ones I like are onion powder, garlic powder, parsley flakes, Tabasco Sauce, etc.
