Ingredients
Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed
Flaxseed, 1 tbsp
Biggest Loser All Natural Protein Powder - Vanilla, 1 serving
Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
Directions
Put milk, blueberries, flaxseed and one scoop of protein powder in the blender and blend for about a minute. While blender is still on add spinach a little at a time through the lid. Blend for about 2-4 minutes. Enjoy!
